We are facing an economic crisis of great magnitude. Apparently, the implications will be of high intensity to the detriment of the national economy and the companies that participate in a fundamental way as a part of it. This crisis of unpredictable nature, may mean that some companies invoke, Force Majeure, or the so-called "Theory of Unpredictability" for failing to justify one or more of the contracts previously signed. However, the implementation of these assumptions are applicable only if they meet certain requirements. Therefore, those who invoke it must be fully informed so as not to incur an unjustified failure, with the consequent damages. |
